Cabinet painting for kitchens and bathrooms
Painting the cabinets is the cheapest big change a kitchen can get. Done right it looks like new cabinets. Done wrong it chips at the handles in a year. The difference is the prep and the product, and we do not skip either.
Or call or text (443) 998-2738. Hours 8 to 6, Monday through Saturday.
How the job goes
Doors and drawer fronts come off and go to the shop, where they are degreased, sanded, primed with a bonding primer and sprayed with a cabinet enamel. The boxes are masked and brushed in place. Hardware goes back on with new holes drilled if you change the pulls.
Jobs we take
- Kitchen cabinets, oak, maple or thermofoil
- Bathroom vanities
- Built ins and bookcases
- Island color change while the rest stays
- New hardware drilled and hung
- Grain fill on oak for a smooth finish
What it costs
Cabinet painting is priced by the door and drawer count, with the box work and hardware on their own lines. The estimate lists the count so you can check it against your kitchen. No finished cabinet job is on the public price list yet, so the estimate carries the number.
What moves the price is on the cabinet painting cost page.
Every job is done by a contractor licensed with the Maryland Home Improvement Commission (MHIC). The license number is on your estimate.
