Exterior painting and trim across the DMV
Exterior paint fails at the edges first. Window sills, fascia, the bottom of the garage door trim. We wash, scrape to sound paint, sand the edges, prime the bare wood, caulk the gaps and put two coats on. That is the whole trade in one sentence, and skipping any step is why the last paint job peeled.
Or call or text (443) 998-2738. Hours 8 to 6, Monday through Saturday.
How the job goes
Most exterior calls are trim and doors, not whole houses. A front door and shutters, a porch ceiling, the fascia on one side. Whole house painting is quoted after a walk around, since the prep is the price.
Jobs we take
- Front doors and storm door frames
- Shutters, off and reinstalled
- Fascia, soffit and window trim
- Porch ceilings, columns and railings
- Wood siding sections and garage door trim
- Rotted trim replaced before paint, with our carpentry crew
What it costs
Exterior work is priced by the piece, with the prep listed. A front door repainted in Annapolis, with a closet door rehung on the same visit, ran $150 in August. Whole house exteriors get a written quote after a walk around with a ladder.
